Business Marketing Sponsorship
Brandywine Polo Club (BPC) located at 232 Polo Road, Toughkenamon, PA 19374, (Point Person: Elizabeth Hedley, firstname.lastname@example.org) is pleased to confirm the following agreement for a Business Marketing Sponsorship $750 during the 2018 Brandywine Polo Club season. BPC season runs May 28 – Sept 30, 2018 with spectator matches taking place each Friday 5pm and Sunday 3pm.
You Agree to the Following Sponsor Benefits:
FB – One BPC Facebook Post announcing your Business Marketing Sponsorship. Total BPC FB followers to date, 3,070.
PA Announcements – 1x during Friday Matches and 1x during Sunday Matches, Announcements must be supplied via email to email@example.com, due ASAP.
Marketing Flyers – If you desire, a Marketing Flyer or Promo Pc will be distributed at the BPC Front Gate during a high traffice day. Quantity: 100 flyers, must be supplied to Elizabeth Hedley.
Banners – Banners (2) 3’x8′ or (1) 3’x16′ placed in the Landhope Arena, banners must be supplied and hung at the discresion of (BPC). Deliver banner to: Brandywine Polo, Attn: E.Hedley, 101 East Street Rd, Kennett Square, PA 19348.
Access – You will receive a car tag pass for entry into (BPC) matches each Friday & Sunday for the duration of the 2018 BPC season.
Payment – Full payment of $750 is due upon signing of this “MOU”.
Brandywine Polo Club Rules & Regulations
In respect to (BPC) it’s patrons and members, you agree to the following:
Responsible Consumption of Alcohol
No Serving of Alcohol to Minors
All Dogs Must Remain on a Leash
No Open Flames Unless Authorized by BPC Management
Weather and Force Majeure – You will sponsor (MPC) no matter weather conditions throughout the BPC 2018 summer polo season.
Release – You herewith releases (BPC) from any liability whatsoever for injury, damage or loss of its materials and property, and (BPC) shall indemnify and hold each other, their trustees, employees, agents and associated property owners harmless from any claims or demands, including claims or demands for death, personal injury or property damage arising from negligence.
